“HMV again fails rang up on the 10th August to see if item arrived in stock get told came in on Friday the Friday which was the 6th August, NO TXT message to say it had arrived.
On the 9th August asked a new member of staff if order had come in looked in boxes several times looked on computer stated still on order, no disrespect HMV where do you get your staff from this new member looks miserable does not smile customers should not have to see this considering we pay there wages this is a good way to treat customers not even one apology about why I never got a txt when you ring customer service 0333 your on hold 20min then goes dead what's up HMV don't you like complaints”
“Clean shop but most stuff they don't have in paid a visit recently and on two occasions sick to death of having a £100 gift card win by entering receipt details and telling them about your experience I say HMV why don't you ask if people want the card instead of stapling it to receipt and expecting people to do it petty it may seem but annoying”

“staff polite good at refunds but have only one concern i got a dvd tron legacy staff brought it from back of shop due to none at all on shelf, it was loose in case so i asked staff if they would check the item they opened it and the dvd was badly marked next day i had gone in that same disc was out on the shelf not shrink wrapped so i knew it was the same dvd put back on shelf when items like this is put back on shelf then its disgusting how low can a respectable store like HMV that as been on the go far back as i can rememeber have this kind of respect for customers by putting a faulty dvd on the shelf and expect a customer to buy it even if it got shrink wrapped and put back on shelf customer would only take it back HMV you need to put your'e head down in shame”

“This place has the whole selection. I love to come for a browse. The vinyls are fantastic and the merchandise is quality. I get excited looking at all of the albums because I love music. The horror movie section is also one of my faves. I have used love to shop vouchers here before and got some great deals. The books and posters are great to have a nosy at too. Friendly staff and a big place which is comfortable to have a look around.”
