“First order. Comprised hard-to-get small nuts and bolts, drill bits, and low-wattage soldering iron & accessories. Very impressed. Excellent customer service - professional, accurate, speedy and reasonably priced. Order processed within hours, dispatch notified by email, arrived well-packed next day by 1st class mail. Small items were grouped together by product code and individually cellophane packed / helpfully labelled, they appear to have been computer-picked and sealed? Free postage if over a set amount. 5 stars all round, would recommend and will use again.”

“I bought an accelerometer sensor ADXL335 and ArduLog several months ago. Everything was nicely packed and delivered on time. What makes me really happy though is the after service I recently received. Several months after my purchase I ran into some problems with modifying the example provided by Hobbytronics. After being unlucky on the Arduino Forum (https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=506513.0) I contacted Hobbytronics for help. Following Mike's suggestions we discovered that it was due to a bug in the Arduino code base not the example sketch. Changing Arduino IDE solved the problem. Thanks Mike, great service!!”

“Good service, fast shipping and great value items! They called me back within the hour with a response to a question about stock. The Midi to USB converters I have from them work fine and are much better value than the competition. 5 *s! (and no, I don't work for and I am not associated with Hobbytronics in any way....).”

“I've been a customer for years... they offer Good Stuff for the hobbyist. Easy to use online ordering, fast delivery, sensible p&p terms. Besides "the basics" (resistors, connectors, etc) an intelligent selection of more advanced things, e.g. the Teensy. There are even things I don't know where else to get... for instance their EXCELLENT 1.8" colour TFT display, DRIVEN BY A SIMPLE SERIAL DATA STREAM!
