“So I was trying to place an order and I was very confused about the planting tray vs. the watering tray. I thought the watering tray was the one with the holes and of course I couldn’t find that. Silly me. So I sent an email to Todd. It took the poor man three emails to get me straight. Ever so patient and quick to respond. Got my order. It’s perfect and as usual I am happy with Home Microgreens.”

“I found the website a little challenging as a newbie. The "firstorder" coupon would have gone better if it had been stated at the start what products qualified. I attempted to add a soil mix to my order and was confused why the coupon didn't work. I removed the soil bag and everything looked fine. Again I tried with a soil bag and a forty dollar plus order and it was said "to remove coupon". It would also help if it were marked before ordering that soil bag shipping would be calculated at checkout. I think you have the best education website on microgreens ever! It is a haven of info. I love that you include your experimental trials.”

Hi Mari, Thank you for your review and comments! I have changed the coupon, and now the coupon will discount soil purchases. Soil is expensive to ship, which is why it was originally omitted. The email has also been changed; the only exclusions are sale items. If you have problems with the Store website, you can use the search bar, which is very good for finding products. On the website, you can use the Article Directory to search for specific articles, topics, and how-to articles on using products or finding varieties. “Thanks Todd, The service, products and speed of delivery were outstanding!! On the PIX. 6116 is a tray of "Sunnies", 4528 is Sunnies in front and Mighty Micro Greens in the back on the right. On the left is Kale on a mat. As you can see, there's a difference between HM soil and a mat. 4495 is a container from Marjule dates that works really great for storing Microgreens. It's green and the right size. Thanks for being there and all you do, Keith”

“I was intrigued with your ad in BH&G and decided to give your Microgreens a try. My order arrived quickly and complete. I successfully grew Radish, Sunflower, Speckled pea and Mesclun. Thank you Todd for helping me with the Mesclun challenges. I have used my Microgreens-Todd in salads, sandwiches and smoothies. My next attempt will be the 10x10 tray of mixed lettuces. How long will the soil keep in an open/dry space? Thank you for going above and beyond with your support and customer service.”

“I had purchased seeds before when I first started growing microgreens. I watched the videos and read the information on growing the seeds from your website. I took my time in between planting to read and watch for more tips. I have been having successful crops of microgreens this spring. I started purchasing more seeds. I tried the cauliflower seeds, and I just harvested them. They are wonderful. I am impressed by your website and the helpful information. I purchased 4 of the 1010 Heavy-duty shallow planting trays. These are perfect for me since I like to plant 2 microgreen crops in one 10x20 tray. They are heavy-duty trays that are food safe plastic. They should last for years. The best thing about the shallow trays is that it uses much less soil. I am using Cocoa-Bliss for my medium. It comes in 5 bricks 1.4 lb. each. This way I can control the amount of hydrated cocoa coir so it doesn't get musty and contaminated with mold. I am starting to grow more and will be ordering more seed in the future. I am impressed by the amount of information on your site helping your customers get the best results out of their seeds. Thanks Melinda”

“My sister sent me a four-pack kit of microgreens for Christmas. I followed the instructions and had a great harvest to top salads with. So just the other day I decided to order more greens but had a problem logging in. I thought I had signed up because I get the newsletters, etc. Todd helped me register and gave me a lot of great advice. I haven't received my order yet but it's on the way. Thanks Todd!”
