“Very good service, quick to deliver.
Jones 8 x 6ft Garden Shed with Foundation Kit - Grey.
Not worth the money very flimsy and weak side walls, roof and doors.
Popped a hole in the door when the screwdriver slipped.
Good instructions and well signed parts in individual packets.”
“I think home done are very good at communicating with the customer,I made a mistake with a lovely sofa which by the way was at a very affordable cost I contacted them about the error I made I chose left and needed it to be right( comer sofa) they was very quick in getting back to me and they have changed my order, which I thought was a very kind to do I am still waiting for my sofa which is still within the estimated time but due to this error I made it may take a bit longer to be delivered but thatās ok as I did make a error when ordering. “HomeDone were exceptional when me and my partner ordered online. They were friendly and the staff were very helpful. we were very happy with our purchase and will be returning to buy again in future. They work hard to ensure your purchase is worthwhile and they even offer installment payments which given the cost of everything helped us massively to bring our lounge together when purchasing a new sofa. Very satisfied.”
“Iād already found the shelving unit I wanted but decided to shop around. Google search brought up Homedone. The exact same unit Ā£20-30 cheaper than everywhere else. I read reviews which were good so went ahead and. Easy to order, paid with PayPal and received confirmation e mails straight and tracking number. It was delivered on time within days and itās perfect. I will definitely use Homedone again.”
“I ordered an easel for my 18 month old granddaughters Christmas present. She opened it on Boxing day and straight away my son started to assemble it. Unfortunately there were a couple of parts missing that are required to hold paper. I informed Faizan who sent me the link to the relevant department. They were unable to get the parts but Faizan offered me a sum of Ā£8. I refused this as this wouldn't solve the problem so Faizan sent me a brand new easel within a few days. I was delighted with the service and would not hesitate to order from this again. Also the communication was brilliant and I felt listened to and that nothing was too much trouble. Well done.”
