“Erstaunt waren wir darüber, dass wir eine Anzahlung leisten mussten. Diese wurde zwar unserem Konto nicht belastet, aber es war sehr verwirrend. Denn der Vermieter teilte uns mit, dass hometogo gar keine Anzahlung einfordern darf. Freundliche Grüsse Alex Forster”

“As normally the booking of holidays isn't done within one try, I found it a bit difficult to find offerings once again at the second or third try (it would help if I could search with by the object number). It also would be very helpful by camping locations, if you could add the offical link of the camping ressort, as I realised, that by one location the entry in the map is incorrect. On the other hand, the booking is very fast.”

“Abwicklung sehr professionell. Einzig die Anzahlungsfrist war sehr, sehr kurzfristig, vor allem deshalb, weil die Buchung am Samstag erfolgte und eine Zahlung via Bank über das Wochenende nicht möglich ist.”

“die Buchung ging sehr schnell, die Anzahlung wurde sofort bestätigt. Das Einzige was mich ein wenig stört ist, ich habe alles in CHF gebucht, die Rechnung kommt dann aber in EUR.”

“Der Prozess für die Reservation ist klar strukturiert, intuitiv und unkompliziert. Buchungen per Rechnung oder Kreditkarte sind möglich, was ich gut finde. Einzig die AGB sind umfangreich und sperrig zu lesen und zu verstehen.”
