“As I couldn't get back to Sharm el Sheikh in April I used Sharm Travel to book a break in Hurghada. From beginning to end everything was good and very professional. It was so easy to contact Sharm Travel through Facebook. Would definitely used them and or Horizon again.”

“Always so helpful and not only good on price. So much information about destinations and which resort you might want to go to and which to avoid. Even if you find cheaper these guys will price match and you always get the extras such as transfers and seat booking. Simply brilliant”

“I booked my September 2016 Holiday to Hurghada through Nicola & Sam at Sharm Travel. Both Ladies are a Credit to Horizon,they both come highly Recommended,both have excellent Customer Service & after sales care. They can be contacted at any time with a response time which is hard to match from most travel Agents.Its like having a personal advisor at hand 24/7. Keep up the good work Ladies, you are doing a fantastic job.”

“We returned from an amazing holiday in Cuba this August booked with Andrew at Horizon Direct Holidays. This was the first time we had used the company which had been highly recommended by others. I was amazed, when through the post came our travel documents in a plastic wallet, you're lucky to just about get your booking confirmation via email from some other companies. Just having the documents sent to us made us feel they were a company that takes pride in delivering customer satisfaction. Our booking was done quickly without any fuss, a good price with premium class upgrade and freebies, what more could we have asked for? Within 3 weeks of returning home from this holiday I had contacted Andrew again for booking a holiday for 2017.. back to the Paradisus rio de oro in Cuba. A giggle with Andrew on the phone whilst booking, an absolutely fantastic price with our premium class upgrade (better price than this year) and again freebies, we will always use Horizon Direct Holidays from now on, why wouldn't we?!”

“Always a pleasure to book with Andrew from Horizon Direct . He attention to detail is fantastic , he is always professional but also has time to have a chat to find out exactly what services he can provide for you . No detail however small is too much for Andrew to sort out . He will follow up any enquires as quickly as possible and get straight back to you. Andrew , Peter and Sue are an excellent team , and I have and will be very happy to recommend them to my friends . All round a fantastic service with great value holidays .”

“If more agents were like this the internet companies wuld lose. Booked a much lower price by phone than online and when lowcost went bust my holiday went ahead without me having to do anything. even got a better hotel free!”
