“I was looking for slippers with rubber soles when I came across House of Slippers. Now I have rubber-soled slippers in a lovely style, and in my size half size! The range of styles is extensive; prices very reasonable, and delivery was quick with informative emails advising me of progress. I'll be back!”

“Ordered 2 pairs of slippers for my partner and sent one back. Took days to get return acknowledgement and then days since then but still no refund, despite having contacted them several times. Very poor service levels and I would definitely be put off using them again or recommending them.”
