“I purchased these slippers for my father , however after a couple of days the laces burst and it is almost impossible to replace mocassins slippers. I have still given a rating of 4 star as I had no problem returning them and received a refund really fast.”

“Although the slippers didn’t fit the returns policy was great and I received a refund after returning. I’d recommend paying £1 extra for returns sticker”

“The slippers were too small, they must know that most products get sent back as they ask you to do a pre pay address label for £1 before you finish your order, I made the mistake of not paying for one and ended up paying £3.50 for the privilege. I have never had to pay for returns with other companies.”
