“Comfortable slippers with a stiffener in the heels which is what I wanted. A little concerning is that the sole is wearing very quickly with bits of the tread coming away”

“The slippers were very nice ,but although they were wide they were too tight for me. I have returned them this week. They was no instructions for return or a form to fill in, so I hope they have gone to the correct place. Maureen Perry TQ139QU no”

“The elasticated slippers I bought for myself did not fit my shape of foot - I have a high instep and the elastic just 'pinged' the slippers off my feet. I have returned them and am hoping for a refund. Moccasins were great.”

“When looking for slippers other than at Christmas choice and stock was very limited. Then I discovered House of Slippers and found exactly what I wanted at a great price and now my very elderly Father has easy to get on comfortable slippers to wear in his care home. Excellent service and delivery. Thank you.”

“The ordered slippers arrived promptly and in good order. Unfortunately, I wanted to change them for a larger size. While I could see no way to do that using the paperwork sent, I returned the slippers and asked for the larger size via a handwritten note on the delivery form not knowing what would happen. I was very pleased to receive a personal telephone call assuring me that my request for a larger size was being processed. I have now received the larger slippers!”
