“Slippers arrived on time but quality control very poor. One slipper is fine but tongue on other slipper is cut very badly and instead of having a nice continuous curve it is cut (hacked) across top. This is obviously visible and should have been picked up on quality control.”

“Your delivery was prompt but I had chosen for broad feet slippers hence these are not comfortable perhaps after wearing they might get loose. Secondly two pairs of the same type seems silly there was no option to pick either in the same price range.”

“Love the look of my slippers just one problem the plush inner sole although stuck down keeps creeping to the side of the slippers on the heel part which I keep having to adjust. Once done they are very comfortable. X”
