“This is a brilliant company. The slippers I bought were quickly delivered. The slippers (Lydia in black) I will use when we go on holiday in the evening as they can pass as sandals. I have wide feet and I feel the straps could be a little longer. Very comfortable. I also bought a pair in beige.”

“I bought a pair of Padders Enfold slippers for my mum. Delivery was very good, I placed my order on the Friday and the slippers arrived the following Monday. I was so pleased with the slippers, their price and the delivery that I have ordered a second pair.”

“These slippers are exactly what I was after for my disabled brother who is wheelchair bound and can't dress himself, therefore I try to make life a lot easier for his carers especially and I was very pleased with the quality and ease of getting these slippers on and off my brothers feet So I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this company and speedy service to anyone.”

“Placed order on 30th October, payment taken straight away but 14 days later I still haven’t received my order! I have phoned several times and each time I’ve been told they will look into where my order is and phone me back but I’ve heard nothing! Not happy!”

Hi Lucy, I'm very sorry to hear about this issue with your order. I can see that Royal Mail appear to have made a mistake with your parcel, as it is currently being re-routed. I have spoken to Royal Mail on the phone and they have told me that there's no reason that the item won't be sent on to your correct address. It should be with you very soon.
