“Good afternoon, I am disappointed because I ordered slippers size 6, I received size 9 which I returned to be exchanged, and I have been advised that I will receive a refund, when I simply wanted to get the correct size. I have not received my refund yet, but suspect this will happen in the next few days. Best regards”

“Although I had to return the first pair of slippers. I was kept informed that they had received my return and they were looking into the problem. I was asked if I wanted to reorder my original choice or change to another design. I have now received the replacements and am quite happy with them. Thank you.”
