“These slippers were for my mum as she is having difficulty getting her feet into regular slippers -she loves them it has made such a difference and a good sturdy sole too -thank you they are great !”

“The post charge is ridiculous and then if that is not bad enough you get charged virtually the same to return the item if it isn’t suitable . All in all add £8 on to any price you see to play safe . Read the return section carfully before placing a order. I’ve learnt a lesson using this company,never again.”

Hi, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the refund that we provided. The postage charge is for the express service, which you specifically chose at the checkout. We do offer a free delivery service which you did not go for. The returns charge of £3.50 is for the prepaid returns label which you used. The charge for this is specified on our website. Again I am sorry if you are unhappy, however the deductions from your refund are normal and reasonable. Best regards, James.

“This is the 3rd pair I have bought,they are the best slippers I have ever had, so comfortable and last a lot longer than others I have bought in the past,well worth the money. May feel a little tight at first but soon loosen enough to feel just right,a very happy customer.”
