“insoles of the slippers have already worked loose, and as a consequence, I now get glue on the soles of my feet. Apart from that they are comfortable.”

“While the slippers seem to be ok for the price paid I am unable to wear them as they were not the ‘Wide’ size I ordered but merely the normal size. On reflection I put this down to the website only giving 3 options which started with Wide - the size I normally have to go for. They really need to make things clearer.”

“The slippers I ordered do not fit. These were Mokkers Navy Blue UK9, I ordered size 9 slipper; they state they are size 9: but they are not size 9 and will not fit. As such they are of no use. I have reverted to using my old slippers instead. So that has been a waste of £20 that I suppose I will just have to write off to experience. This bad experience means that I would not use this company again, and I would certainly not recommend that anybody else does.”

“These Cincasa are the best slippers I have ever bought. All other slippers are too big for me, I am a small size 3, to begin with or else expand after a few wears. These have maintained their shape and are just so comfortable. I will definitely by this brand from House of Slippers again.”

“Slippers good - as described - but packing useless - almost sent them back but didn't want to pay postage. Had to have them clipped together with clothes pegs to get some shape back. Surely a box or cardboard round them would be better.”
