“Slippers had to be returned because of a manufacturing fault in one of the two slippers which impeded the fit and distorted the shape of the slipper. No pre-paid return label was provided and, as a result, a defective product had to be returned at my own expense - and this was not credited to me.”

“I decided to buy the Returns Label as I wasn't sure about the fit of the slippers. I am so glad that I did as the slippers I bought were just too wide. I was disappointed as I did like them but there wasn't a narrower version on offer. Returning the parcel was so easy using the label and very reasonably priced too.”
