Product return took a long time and only after numerous emails were sent. Despite paying the £1 returns label fee at the time of purchase they still claimed they had not received the slipper. I sent confirmation from the post office and finally, they said they would deal as soon as they could. Still took over w week for the refund to be issued. Will not use it again.

I still haven't received what I paid for. Waited a month since placing the order.. and have just been resent the parcel with the same size slippers I sent back! Very frustrating. I have now spent more money on returns than actually getting a pair of slippers that fit. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

'As I'm sure you can imagine, we receive hundreds of returns a day to process refunds for and this can take some time to work through.

I was repeatedly told they were snowed under with returns, which either means they have a high proportion of poor products or they do not treat returns with any urgency, given the ability to deliver new orders in a couple of days.

I ordered size 6 they were massive! I had to return them. It was extremely difficult to get a returns label online. I had to call the company.
I've now returned them .
Goddess knows when I will get my replacement.

Ridiculous returns policy - had to return a pair of slippers will only issue a credit note. Had to return the other slippers I had ordered in order to avoid loosing my money. Customer service poor and rude. Will never use again
