“I am very dissatisfied with this, I bought my size but they were too big. I wanted a smaller size but you wouldn’t send that to me because they were in a sale. I Had to go on the website and order again. Very disappointed”

“I had a couple of different slippers delivered by a different company and they just didn’t fit at all. I found the ones I wanted on House of Slippers and decided to order from them. They arrived in good time and they are absolutely perfect! Love them! They fit really well and are as described.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. I do apologise for the problem which occurred with your order. There was an issue with our system when you placed the order, which meant that you weren't charged for the Toms. Therefore we cancelled the pair immediately. It is our normal practice to send an email to explain when refunds/cancellations are made, but I can see that one wasn't sent to you and I do also apologise for that. Best regards, James.

“Bought these slippers for an elderly gentleman with v swollen feet. Delighted with quick delivery and help from House of Slippers. Norman so pleased to be able to wear slippers again after a few weeks in socks. Good quality and very fit for purpose. Thank you again.”
