“The product is just what I hoped for- colourful/cumfy and keep my feet snug! Initially, I thought my order had not been received over the 'net- but after a brief, friendly phone call- the phone line straight to a most helpful member of your staff- I was reassured the order was received and a slight delay after Christmas pressure- no problem at all- the slippers arrived 2 days later!”

“I think I'll live in these Ugg Ascot slippers! They are very comfortable, well made and stylish. They fit perfectly - but I did buy one size bigger as I read that this was advised. House of Slippers themselves sent me these very quickly and I would recommend them without reservation.”

“I ordered slippers that turned out to be faulty. I had had them for 2 weeks. House of Slippers asked to have them back and they examined them and decided they were faulty. I was given a credit note for their value. I reordered a new different make and style. They are perfect and I love wearing them. Thank you, House of Slippers, for making things right. Your commitment to make the customer happy is not a motto but a reality.”
