“I am a size 37 and these slippers were very wide and too long. They are clearly mis-sized. I object having to pay £3.50, which was deducted from my refund, to return a £20 pair of slippers.”

“Gave four stars because the sizing was an issue for my husband. He takes a size 12 usually but has a wide foot so I ordered him the 13. After two returns we ended up with the size 15!! I know suede stretches and they may end up too roomy but he did not like the tightness of the size 14. Time will tell but I would advise ordering two sizes in the first instance. Good quality suede for the price though. Also I tried to order a returns label with my order but it was not added in (at a £1) I had to download a returns label which was not a problem but when I took it to the PO expecting to pay postage I did not have to! That was weird.”

“My order arrived promptly and was well packaged. The slippers were a wide fit but a small fit, I'm a size 6 but the six was too small and I had to return them and ask for a larger size. The return/exchange process was straight forward. I have now received my replacement pair and they are a better fit.”

“I wear size 6 shoes but found the slippers short. The slippers were well made and I was disappointed they didn't fit. They are very good value and I would recommend them.”
