“Worst agency I worked for. Everyone is saying something deferent, they book you to job for all week, 2h before shift they text you that shifts are cancelled. I waited for work weeks and every week after I was ready to go out for my shift text message that shifts are cancelled. Also delayed payments. Very untrustworthy agency and people.”

“I'm sorry I never got back to you sooner, The job was not what I expected infact it was a nightmare. The turn over of staff must be unbelievable I could not but into this short review what I need to say so I leave it at that thanks for the opportunity but I wouldn't like anyone to have the experience I had again thanks Mr Anthony Dalton”

“Started off well. Enjoyed the job and loved the training. Had a lot of personal issues at home which I rang up HRGO to tell them I needed two days off for anxiety. They ask for more detail to which I tell them that I'm struggling to keep up in work and that I wasn't ready. Some how that confidential conversation ended up being twisted and misinterpreted and then sent to the person who trained me (who I couldn't fault, was absolutely outstanding at their job) which led to me feeling unable to return to work. To finish it off I do not get an apology or any acknowledgement of them breaching my confidence and discussing my private mental health but they have the audacity to ask for feedback! Here it is, oh and this time feel free to pass it on to whoever you want!!!!”

“My personal experience from Bishops Stortford branch is that the staff are misleading with job description, hours and pay. K.H was not the most professional consultant, quite rude when I decided to hand in resignation and stopped contact.”
