“When I aske door my mortgage they had a service and were there whenever I had a question. After it was a complete different story. They lied to me, screamed at me when I came in person, don’t respond to emails,…..now they closed the one branch in my neighborhood and when I wrote to the customerservice details I got, they answered after a week in a different language and when I asked them to answer in the language I am writing I never heard back from them. I am going now bank shopping. I was before at the Santander bank. They literally stealing from their clients so that is for sure not an option. I knew that Deutsche bank was a little bit more expensive but I went there because of the service. What a disappointment!!!!!”
“They repeatedly charge you with really ridicouls ways (mobileTAN). I insisted multiple times personally in the bank that I want them to stop sending me printed bank statements, which is absolutely uncessary with the internet banking, but they still have been sending me the printed statements, for which, they obviously charge more.
The real nightmare started when they blocked my banking. I moved from Germany and because I am not able to recieve post anymore (which I insisted to not to recieve anymore) they blocked my banking while I was in Israel. After phone call with the helpline, I was informed that I have to go to one of the Deutsche Bank offices. Therefore, my bank blocked my account while I was abroad.”
