“I bought two cards of $200 this one in particular they sold it to me used already since the bugging trying to put the codes I've open tickets send emails all together 8 messages and they have been ignored except one how to troubleshoot the card I got so angry I even sent copies of what the card said when putting the code you can't use the card due to the card has been already redeemed and steel nothing all I want is a refund i think it's fair right rong they have ignored me till today they are so unprofessional sending me a used card and not responding to non of my messages I will never use them and not recommend at all so people watch out!!”

“This company is horrible! i bought a game card and the code was not valid, keep in mind that there is no customer support phone number. I then created a ticket as per protocal and a few hours later i was told that the ticket is auto generated and i was asked if i shared the card, which i told them over and over that i did not share the card. i have since emailed then a few times frustrated because the keep saying the same thing to me, "did i share the card." NO HELP since, no refund either, stay away from this company if you need help.....none available!!!!”
