“I purchased a steam card from pcgamesupply. On their website they claim that the card is region unlocked, and can be redeemed in any country in the product description. This was false, and the company refused to take accountability of this. After contacting customer service, hoping for a resolution especially as a long term customer, I was met with disappointment. Quite unhelpful customer service. After this negative experience I won’t be using this website anymore.”
