Hi Tara, I am sorry to hear that! This filter is only designed to remove free chlorine. It does not remove the chloramine which can then break down to produce more chlorine smell. Unfortunately trying to remove this from water for showers and baths can be quite difficult. We will contact you to assist further.

“A nutritionist advised me to take Bio-Kult as the probiotic brand I was taking previously did not really help me. I can say that since I started taking Bio-Kult I have noticed that I do not feel bloated, I am more regular and overall my stomach feels good. I would recommend if the current probiotics do not do anything for you to definitely try Bio-Kult.”
