“The customer service from GPA was great (4 / 5). My order went on a second hold as the stock wasn't received on time but they were able to swap colours based on current stocklists so I could receive my order without waiting longer. The masks are good quality. Definitely go by weight and not the measurements on the site. Only negative I have is the ear loops are very small and pull on my ears no matter the size (M or L). A strap is included in all orders but this only transfers the 'weight' from my ears to the back of my head. Not the most comfortable for wearing long-term (3.5-4 / 5).”

“Customer service at GPA wholefoods was fantastic. Communications were fast, honest and incredibly helpful. I purchased two Cambridge Masks Pro, after ordering them they arrived in the post in record time - overnight (I'm interstate). The products are of exceptional quality and I've recommended GPA Wholefoods to a host of people including strangers. This business is honest. The prices are more than reasonable. Customer service (Katrina) was warm, friendly and informative. They're a wonderful Company to deal with in every way. If you're unsure about any products, or have a query, just email them or give them a call, they're more than delighted to help. Suffice to say, I highly recommend them. “It was my first time to order from this site. The service is excellent. I ordered Great Lakes Collagen which I love. It helps with my joint problems and also makes my skin and nails look healthy. The product I ordered was sent in a few days and I was always kept up to date on the status of the delivery. I will definitely buy from this site again.
