Sent back for a refund on the 9/01 still waiting for a refund plus having to pay to send them back.

com will deduct £4 from my refund if I drive it myself through the Royal Mail? Also, I paid though PayPal who operate a "free returns if you buy through us" policy so I await your reply on how I can return these shoes for FREE please.

I paid £10 for next day delivery but, because the delivery needed a signature (this wasn't clear on the website), they weren't delivered for three days. I didn't get email confirmation of the order which was worrying. I used the email form on the website and sent a direct email but didn't get a response until I phoned. I was disappointed that they didn't refund my postage.
