“Order placed in January 2021. Not received. Chased HUH fed many excuses and then eventually advised in August when I asked to cancel that delivery would be in the next week. It wasn’t so finally after nearly nine months of patience requested a refund. More excuses, needed other details. Immediately. More weeks now gone by and still no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HUH! The service is the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter.”

Hi Pauline, Thank you for your valued feedback. As you may be aware, unfortunately the HAY Sowden Toaster was significantly delayed in production due to a permanent factory closure during the pandemic. HAY transferred production to a new facility, however this was a lengthy process which unfortunately led to the significant delays with the range. My sincere apologies again for the wait and inconvenience. I can see you requested to cancel the order on 17th September and this was processed for you within a few minutes of your request. Unfortunately because the 180-day window in which PayPal accepts refunds had passed, PayPal declined the refund. We requested your PayPal email address so we could send the funds directly, and you kindly provided these details promptly so the refund could be processed. If you need any further information or help, please let us know and we will be happy to help. Many thanks, Jack
