“This was my 2nd order from the HUH store, 1st order was fine, emails were received and goods were delivered when advised, however, the 2nd order was different, no emails were received to say goods had been dispatched, the delivery window came, and went, and despite 2 emails and even messages on Instagram, did not have the courtesy of a reply, goods finally received 8 days after the latest delivery date, which was pointless as already on holiday, good is fine, however, the communication from HUH was abysmal”

“Delivery took 3 months for an item that was in stock online. Wrote in to cancel after 3 months of non delivery and they then sent it next day... extremely poor.”

“I purchased a jumper with HUH on 18 May with a 4 day delivery. Its now the 20 June and I have not received anything. I've sent multiple emails to the contact email and am just getting ignored.”

“Slow delivery of items which were then split up into 2 separate orders even when website said in stock. Very unhappy with the returns side of things. Firstly you have to pay to return an item. Secondly I’ve returned an item over a week ago and had no acknowledgment it’s been returned. Zero communication from HUH and still waiting for refund.”
