“I didn’t paid second day delivery fee and did not receive an email to say it was coming after 3 days so I had to email them myself to ask where it was. They then let me know that there would be a delay which turned into a 4 week delay. The person I was emailing offered a refund due to the delay and I accepted. I received no reply to this first email accepting the refund and no reply to the second. I then emailed the seperate support email again and no reply. I have now received it even though I wanted to refund but I don’t really recommend ordering through here.”

“The products were as pictured but the descriptions are a little off. It says the backpack I ordered should have a laptop section but it doesn’t. Despite that it’s still a nice bag. I paid a little extra for next day delivery and they arrived on time. Really happy”

“Awful. Contacted several times regarding refund(s) on their website's contact form. No response. Had to wait 3 weeks for an order to be fulfilled. No confirmation that the refund has been processed, and still awaiting a resopnse. Any chance?”

“Still waiting for my product to arrive. Was order nearly a month ago, email received to say the item wasn't in stock to which I replied that should be stated on website. I've given up hope of reviewing item tbh.”

“Terrible experience. I ordered a Carhartt WIP T-shirt on 2 May. After a week I messaged to see when it would be delivered as it was a gift. I was told they hadn’t received the stock from their supplier (yet they’re selling it online). The T-shirts are now marked as out of stock and they’re not responding to emails requesting a refund!!! Really shocking service.”
