“Same as all the other reviews. Ordered items on 17th June. When I contacted customer service I got a response saying that they were dealing with a backlog and orders were delayed. After chasing several times and getting the same, eventually I got a response saying that they are sorry I cancelled my order and a refund will be processed in 3-10 working days. Order still shows awaiting dispatch and I haven’t received a refund, unsurprisingly. Avoid at all costs. Sadly the bad reviews aren’t showing on the website, so for most people - me included - you’ll see the negative reviews too late, and Jack HUH will have your money.”

“Terrible company! Reading through others comments having had the same experience of a copy and paste email response for an order which I ordered in April and ended up having to cancel for a refund because “delays”. Quick to take peoples orders and money but slow to give it back… if I ever see my refund.”

“I believe Huh could be a hoax site. My order never arrived, siting "backlog" as the issue with very few updates in a 6 week period. The next contact was "sorry you wish to cancel your order" Even though I hadn't cancelled the order. I am yet to receive a refund or apology.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered something on 10/7/25 and as of 3/8/25 I have still not received it. When I contact customer services I get a “cut and paste” reply. I requested a refund over 10 working days ago and still nothing. I am guessing I will have to get my money back through my bank. Avoid buying from this website.”

“I have had no real response for orders made in May that I never received. The store appears to allow purchases of items they don't have and then send an email for a 'dispatch delay'. I purchased on three separate occasions and haven't received a thing. I am owed over £300 after requesting refunds at the start of June.”

“I agree with other recent comments - I've had really poor experience. I placed my order 6 weeks ago and there's still no sign of it. Communication is sporadic at best and feel like they're copy and paste responses. Like others I've asked for a refund but 3 days later have still had no confirmation to say that I'm going to receive one. I've previously ordered from HUH and it took a month to deliver my item that time, I should have learnt lesson from that experience. Will not use again.”

“Beware of this company. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive the items I paid for. Since then, I've only received automated responses no personal contact from the owner, Jack Lowe, despite multiple attempts to reach out. There’s been no sign of a refund either. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this business. I plan to report this company through every available channel and will continue to warn others until this is resolved.”

“Absolutely appalling service! I only ordered a cap, it was estimated 5- 7working days delivery, almost 2 months in and still no delivery, or communication to say when it will be expected. Stay clear.”

“I made an order with next day delivery. Six weeks later all I had had were excuses. I went to my credit card company and asked for a refund, a few days later a parcel arrived with half my order but suggesting that it had my full order inside. I feel lucky to have at least recieved something having looked at other reviews and social media posts. I'd avoid these guys at all costs.”

“As per other reviews. Ordered months ago. Keep getting told it’ll be dispatched in the next week. Never happens. Asked for refund a number of times and no acknowledgment. How they are able to still trade is beyond me. AVOID”

“Six weeks after I put in an order which was guaranteed for next day delivery my order still hadn’t arrived. The company let on telling me the order would ship soon when I enquired. Eventually I went to my credit card company and asked them to claim back the money. A few days after this I received a package with one of the two items I ordered. I emailed to tell them the order was incomplete and haven’t heard anything else from them, except a request for a review. Avoid this store at all costs.”
