“I ordered 6 pots and 4 trays on 28th Dec and I understand the stress of the Black Friday sale which may cause the delay of delivery. I didn’t get any update till 12th Dec so I emailed Jack to request for an update. Jack replied that the parcel will be posted in the same week. However, I still didn’t get any update about the delivery. I emailed again on 17th Dec to request a reasonable time frame of delivery and there is no response! I don’t understand why there are few invited review saying that the delivery was quick as I didn’t receive the parcel after I ordered a month ago now. If you cannot deliver as promised (2-4 business days), you should update your customers. I think I will request a refund but I can see the previous refund experience which make me feel that I cannot get back my £107.8. Disappointed as there are decent products in the stores but the service is awful!”

Hi Joanne, Thanks for your feedback. Your order has a longer shipping time as one of the items has a 2-4 week delivery time. The delivery time can be found on the product pages. My apologies this was not previously highlighted when you enquired about your order shipping times. An email has been sent to confirm if you would like the other items shipped separately. “Ordered a t-shirt for my husband's Christmas. There was a slight delay in despatch times but I was kept up to date via email and the goods arrived in time for Christmas! Great service. Would happily shop here again!”
