I have now escalated the issue to PayPal's Buyer Protection, as even their listed support email is invalid and returns as "not recognised.

There were weeks between replies from the company at times, I followed their returns process as specified and it took 6 weeks for them to action a refund, with no actual minimal apology for the really long delays/ responses.

Order and delivery (5 stars). They seem to be proactive when taking money and sending orders. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, my experience returning an unwanted item has been appalling. HUH Store received my return on 23rd September. Three weeks later, I'm still awaiting confirmation of their receipt and processing. I reached out after 13 working days (longer than their stated 10-day policy), and all I received was a generic response stating that all returns were processed within 10 days!! I would seriously consider avoiding this store unless you are absolutely certain you won't need their returns service!

Great store with great stuff… unfortunately they are let down by poor/slow returns service.

Slow delivery of items which were then split up into 2 separate orders even when website said in stock. Very unhappy with the returns side of things. Firstly you have to pay to return an item. Secondly I’ve returned an item over a week ago and had no acknowledgment it’s been returned. Zero communication from HUH and still waiting for refund.

When I complained I was told I'd be given a free returns label.

The items are of good quality and delivered promptly. However, I had to wait two months for an exchange for a damaged item. After hearing nothing from repeated requests to send a replacement, I finally wrote to the manager at the returns address as live chat was never available and there is no number to ring.

Looking at their website, the onus is all on the customer with returns, your cost, etc - you even have to include a print out of your order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order number (not provided in my order).
