“First off great price on the Carhartt Sid pants. Probably the most competitive price for these in the market. Execellent conversion times from ordering the trousers to receiving. First time I’ve purchased from Huh however this certainly won’t be the last. Thanks guys for such an outstanding sever I’ve.”

“Firstly I must say the five stars are for the products and shop itself,as they are fab.Great selection of my favourite homeware brands.The service is not just there yet.I am extremely disappointed with my last experience on the 3rd of December.I purchased four items,all arrived reasonable quick considering it was during Black Friday sale.One of the HAY plant pots I received just did not look the way all my others do so I decided to send it back for an exchange.I contacted Jack via chat and he kindly agreed to let me know when the free returns postage will be available and send me the label.On the 13th of December I received the label and posted the item on the 15th of December.I then had to email Jack myself on the 22nd of December to confirm the item was received by HUH Store.He replied on the 27th of December to confirm They did and I will have the replacement pot on the 3rd of January.It is now the 2nd of February and I neither got an exchange for the plant pot nor a refund...or even a word about it.It is disappointing that you can’t get in touch during the weekend as I work Monday-Friday as well.For an online store of this size you should have a better customer care system,Jack.It is vital to any business and will affect your reputation if customers are not looked after properly.Like for example forgetting to send out an exchange for a returned item and failing to notify customer regarding it for a whole month.This is more of a feedback than a bad review,I will still purchase from the website in the future.”
