“Our garage door had been acting up for a while and finally stopped working two days ago. I called these guys and my door worked like new. They also gave me a few tips to keep it from happening again. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them!”

A technician was dispatched promptly and he efficiently replaced both springs with high-quality products at an economical cost - no upsell or pressure! He also kindly advised replacing the controller in six months' time for optimal functioning. It's refreshing to find such gems every now and then who commit themselves sincerely towards their job without greediness.”

“These people are great! After our garage door dropped and damaged our cars, Shon came to help us within a few hours. He repaired the door, rollers, and panels, so we didn't purchase new ones. The door works better and is less noisy than it did before. He did his work well, quickly, and in a professional way. We are very happy with the service they provided! 100% recommended!”

Not only did they provide great professional service and offer numerous options without making me feel obligated to purchase other items, but their labor and price on our new kit for the whole unit was top-notch. “Amazing service from Hunts Garage Doors! They were able to send a technician to our house within an hour after our call. He provided us with a free quote and explained to us what to do and the fee. He fixed it in 45 minutes to an hour. We would happily recommend them to others. 10/10!!”

“Great team. Called Friday evening to schedule a repair. Very responsive and prompt. They replaced the broken assist spring with two springs assembly and installed roller guides with bearing rollers. Adjusted door close and open positions as well as providing a silicone lube on all hinges. Very satisfied and happy customer!!”

“Quick service, the price difference between the different springs was not much so I went with lifetime springs for my garage door, which was broken. They called me to let me know they can come even earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Installation and maintenance were quick! I’m highly impressed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in Charlotte!!”
