“ The dresses are very well made but I probably wouldn't use again as you have to fund the returns postage yourself. I need to try on different sizes and styles at home due to large top half and small bottom half so have to order a number of dresses. When I come to send the ones back that don't fit it's very expensive to do so!!! ”

I was suprised that returns were not free by courier so ended up using the post office as told by dps this was the cheaper option. As the item cost approximately 20.00, I was charged 3.99, which I felt was extortinate. I will check in future the returns policy of any company before I place an order again. ”

“ The item arrived in good time and is a lovely dress. I'm a 12/14 & ordered a 14 and couldn't even zip it up. I don't usually have this trouble with any other brand perhaps it was this particular style. To add insult to injury you have to pay for your returns I haven't come across any other company that you have to do this. ”

“ lovely quality dresses, but they came up very small, was very disappointed, have returned them today for a refund via Royal Mail Special delivery, very disappointed that you do not offer free returns or exchanges and therefore wouldn't order again, it cost me £8.50 to return both dresses today, plus you won't be refunding the original cost of delivery, I'm £12 out of pocket & still no dress ! ”
