“On several instances, I have lost considerable amounts of money because of a defect in HYCM new deposit mechanism, as I was not able to make immediate deposits to maintain my margin. Additionally, it is so disappointing, that the loyalty rewards programme has been stopped without informing me when my account was transferred from HYCM UK to HYCM Cayman. The same applies to the deposit bonus which has stopped suddenly few months ago.”

“It's been over 10 years since I have been a client of HYCM . I can only say that if i had bad servecies with the firm I would have had left to one of the competitors yet I'm still dealing with HYCM. For many reasons .profissionalisim ,courtesy, and delievery of service people and platform.one point here should be written , dealing is not only technologies but more important are the human factors. Mr.. Mohammed Shaiko is the person whom kept me so long with this firm not through the extra mile he goes out of his way to attend to all my needs but also his human touch with vast experience he holds in him which was demonstrated all these years by being there to asist when I needed him. “HYCM declared that is is established since 1977. But actually it's not true. 1977 is the date when henyep group (mother company) was established. And Forex company HYCM is working from 2010 or around that.”
