“I'm doing somewhere between 10k and 20k steps a day and find HYKLE to be the most effective insert i tried so far and believe me, i tried a lot. My advice, give it a time! It takes weeks and sometimes even months to fix what have been build for years. HYKLE's are helping a lot but you still need to make some changes with your life and don't rely just on one product to fix it all.”
