Box was damaged, however picture was ok. This is the second time shipping carton was damaged. Last canvas I purchased was damaged and I received a refund. Merchandise needs packed better. I’m hesitant to order anything additional.

We received the product and the quality was terrible. The wood was crooked and the sides were not even matching lengths. I asked to return and without my permission was shipped a replacement. I had NO desire to have it replaced after seeing the level of quality. I returned and am STILL waiting for a refund. I will NEVER use iCanvas again. Ordered a piece from another vendor and SO much better.

Returning for a refund or replacement was not a viable option as iCanvas requires me to cover the approximately $60 shipping fee - almost 50% of the cost of the print.
