“The food is good but one of the girls on the till was just a miserable young woman ...I asked her if Iceland trained them in customer service skills and she just ignored me ....whether I spend £5 or 50 a nice clear thank you is nice to hear makes the experince so much more enjoyable and makes you want to come back”
