“Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. DO NOT USE. THey do not care about you.
Hired them to help with a visa application for my wife. They demanded full payment up front. Then I heard nothing from them for a month.
They sent incorrect filing information, and made mistakes on the application which we found. They inserted an ID number instead of passport number, gave us contradicting information in letters sent (at same time).
Abdul was rude, Condescending and flippant on phone calls. And didn’t seem to know what he was talking about.
In phone calls they said they would fill in the application for us but only did about 20% and said after payment we had to do it.
When I started to complain they simply cut off communication. Refused to give any sort of refund (£1,000) and actually asked for more money.
At best they are incompetent at worst possibly a scam. NO REFUND GIVEN”
