They pretend to be dealing with your issue, but the bottom line is they do not deal with any faulty equipment, fobbing you off by pretending to have despatched a new product, which will never arrive, and then pretending to have sent your complaint for a full refund, which they have not, and they continually keep saying it will be done, you must wait 15 days, but the refund never arrives.
