“I recently acquired some beautiful earrings and a bracelet from Truly Charming via a competition I won and can truly say that I am well impressed by the quality, especially where I am prone to sensitive skin. I'm able to wear these items perfectly. The communication with staff has been spot on and the items arrived extremely quickly. Top marks xx”

“I won a Facebook competition and they arrived quickly. Well packaged and communication was great. I have put them away for my daughters birthday as they are really nicely boxed. Thankyou for a pleasant prize. Will be purchasing in the future. The bracelet is just stunning. The earrings are divine.”

“I was lucky enough to win a beautiful necklace from this lovely company. It came really quick and was beautifully gift boxed. The pendant was gorgeous and to my surprise was more weighty (not to weighty) then expected (expected the heart to be hollow) My necklace is now a firm favourite for wearing for both special occasions and general everyday. Will definitely be ordering from them in future Thank you so much x”

“I bought a necklace for a family member they had chosen for their Xmas gift. The item arrived very promptly. I did assume that it would come in a box or jewellery bag and presented as a gift. The packaging was suitable for the post and it arrived safely, I was just disappointed with the presentation.”

“Bought a charm bracket for my girlfriends birthday. She loves it however I requested the item to be gift wrapped and also to have a personalised message with our names of our three children. Unfortunately the item was never gift wrapped and didn't come with the message. I reviceved no reply from them so will not be buying from here again”
