To my surprise, the rating were great, so why not pay a little more for an outstanding product that I know would work. The product came a lot faster than what it estimated it to be without any problems. I was able to swap out the parts within 20 minutes and have it up and running again. So far, we have had no problems with this product, and if needed, I would most likely order again from them for whatever else it is I need. Update: After using the screen for a couple hours I noticed that there is a black dot to the bottom side of it that doesn't move. Might just be a small defect from the screen. I'm not upset but it is very annoying.”
“The Apple Macbook Air (mid 2013) battery came packaged very well and arrived a lot sooner than I thought it would. Everything that was ordered was included...though the bits for the driver were stored in the cap, which I didn't realize until I read the little card that came with it. The bits for the driver were an exact match to the screws they needed to work with. The instructions were spot on. The battery fit perfectly. The instructions for battery calibration worked well. All is good!”
“I was a bit on edge about doing this. But after all said and done, it wasn’t too bad. Made some mistakes that luckily didn’t bite me too hard. Having the proper tools is a must for this job. You can’t just, “oh I’ll use this… it’s close enough.” spend the extra few bucks and get a spreader tool. Take the extra time to get the old sealant off. Just be careful of those grounding tabs!! You got this.”
