“Friendly, helpful staff who seem to understand what it's like to be a customer. Not too many options on the phone when dialling in ("If you want A press 1, if you want B press 2 etc etc etc Grrrr! Hate it) and not too long to wait for an agent.”

“I recently spoke to your Renewals Dept with a query regarding my Landlord's Insurance. Karen, in Renewals, was very helpful and explained to me that although the Employer's Liability was no longer included, in fact I did not actually need it and clearly explained why. Thank you Karen.”

“Having just taken over responsibility as Landlord for a property previously owned by my Dad, I called in to get a quote for Landlord Insurance (my Dad already had his policy with you). I got confused and was unable to answer some of the questions i was asked. The guy I spoke with was really friendly and understanding and contacted my Dad for me to get his permission to open up his policy schedule. All questions were then answered, quote given, quote accepted and everything sorted super quick! Friendly and professional service and reasonable price. Very pleased, thank you”

“I have been very happy with the attention given to my requirements by the people dealing with problems on the telephone, but very unhappy that I am not receiving emails from you. I have received this one and I have received one yesterday at 09.52. I have renewed my policy by telephone but have not received confirmation by email. I have down loaded terms from the web. I did not receive a reminder to renew.”

“The staff are extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The website seems to be fraught with problems, I have not had any success with it, possibly because I configure Firefox and McAfee to protect my computer. The cost is still acceptable and better than the "local option" but the annual increases seem to be out of line with deflation on the continent.”

“Explained policy very well. I feel a fair price paid for insuring 2 properties. We have a further 4 properties that we rent out plus our home and would certainly look to obtain a quote for each property when they come up for renewal.”
