“i was dreading seeing my home insurance quote this as usually after you switch to a new provider the following year they hike the prices. but this year with intasure it was different , the price only increased by £15 the renewing process was very easy. well intasure i wish other companies would do as you do and try to keep repeat business . see if you can keep me for a 3rd year next year :-)”

“Lucinda at Intasure combined giving me the required contract certainty information with the offer of a reduction in the renewal premium and taking the premium over the phone by credit card. This was together with explaining one or two aspects I had asked about. Excellent service!”

“These guys are really helpful when it comes to helping you get insurance for your small business, especially as an online retailer in the UK its difficult to get insurance cover specifically for online related activities. We found the staff really helpful in trying to get us the insurance our business needs with simple friendly advise and the insurance was setup in matter of moments effective from day 1. I would recommend these guys for anyone who is thinking of getting insurance for their small business. Keep up the good work we hope you get more satisfied customers like us joining you.”

“Very helpful and efficient. Great at tailoring cover to meet our specific needs. It's so nice to be able to talk to "real" people who actually understand that a "one size fits all" approach very rarely works. So far have been very happy with the level of service.”

“Very polite and helpful although I still cannot understand the need for a transaction fee when paying the whole amount in one go via direct debit. Yes a credit card should attract a fee but why a debit card. I recall that a year or two back some airlines were making a charge for debit card payments but after complaints this was dropped leaving a charge only for credit cards. Why are insurance companies exempt from this ruling?”
