Really knowledgeable, went through the process in great detail but simplified to an easy level In such challenging times it is lovely to hear someone that sounded as if they were smiling and wanted to be talking to customers.. we even had a laugh along the way.! Well done and keep up the great work.. will definitely recommend you to others.. so refreshing.. if they ever need a job feel free to pass to me ! Stay safe all”
