“I needed to update Intasure on my change of circumstances and my phone call was answered by a real person in Customer Service, without hanging on the line for ten minutes! I was immediately passed onto an insurance adviser (sorry, didn't catch her name but she was extremely helpful). I was 100% satisfied with the way my enquiry was dealt with and resolved. My adviser had excellent communication skills, she was very friendly and polite. I was given clear information and felt reassured that my updated insurance needs were fully met.”

“I had changed my debit card during the course of the year so the automatic payment of my premium did not go through. I received an e-mail and a phone call to this effect and spoke to Natasha Miles. She was very helpful and courteous and we soon sorted things out and are now up to date again with our policies duly renewed.”
