“I made an online enquiry and was very quickly contacted by telephone by a pleasant young man. He went through the details quickly and concisely and was able to answer the questions I had. I took out the insurance and was very pleased with it. No copious waiting with insipid music no passing from person to person no foreign call centre that reads from a script and can't deal with questions..a breath of fresh air”
