I had no problem however I did say on the application to contact by email only however constant home number phono calls did get very annoying to the point if you had not been one of the better quotes I would have gone somewhere else I had said I will contact when ready and did.

Good cover for a tenant, however the cost has doubled since Intasure took over Agent Assure so next year I will be seeking competitive alternatives

Although happy with the service in general I think staff sound a little robotic over the phone when making mandatory legal statements which appears to impact on them unknowingly during client conversations.

Not hugely impressed I am afraid. Your sales persons knew we were renewing our cover and unfortunately because we were away on holiday for a few days at the time we could not reply to the telephone call / email and cover was not renewed on the day it was due because it was not paid for and we now have a lapsed period of about 3 days? As soon as I returned I telephoned and paid fore the full cover and was given this information. This is not good customer service at all. You would have been happy to take my money several weeks before it was due but not allow me cover for a few days. This is bad.

I would be happy if i had a paper copy i have no printer and have to rely on other people to help me I have to 2 policy's with you. Mrs J Auton

Instasure were the cheapest provider I could find. However, I wasn't happy with the hounding I got from one of their sales team. The same person who called us constantly also lied to my business partner about when he had sent the quote to us as well. Strange behaviour, I hope it is not a taster of more to come in the future.

Fine when got through, but call centre phones not answered on several occasions and eventually went to answerphone

Actually, I'm not happy about the extra endorsements on my policy this years, some of which I find unreasonable.

I was told that it was urgent to read the documents and acknowledge with yourselves. Unfortunately the email attachments didn't all open. I request hard copies be posted to me immediately. Again unfortunately your end took their time and I received hard copies on the 6th, the following Monday. Its now the 7th and I have just found time to read them. So, as you see if the delay causes problems it was your systems that caused it.

This isn't a good question to get an honest review. It is a leading question. You will see that I indicated the service was acceptable. I had a problem in that I had changed my email address. I notified Intasure two weeks before policy was due for renewal. The new address was incorrectly recorded which meant I had to make further telephone calls and a delay in sorting it out.
