“I had several telephone conversations with various members of staff, as we had a number of queries. Each member of staff was very courteous, helpful and informative, which enabled us to easily compare our quotation with a quotation received from another insurer, and to make the decision to insure our holiday home with you. “Was extremely pleased with the renewal process - had a query on my original quotation which was handled very professionally and speedily. An error was found on my claims record and I immediately received a revised quotation. It was certainly a case of "we all make mistakes, but it is how you sort them out that is important". Would have no hesitation in recommending Instasure to anyone.”

“I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WAY IN WHICH YOUR MEMBER OF STAFF, WENDY, DEALT WITH THE CHANGE OVER OF MY INSURANCE TO MY PERMANENT ADDRESS. SHE FULLY UNDERSTOOD MY SITUATION, GAVE ME A QUOTE WHICH WAS ACCEPTABLE AND I CONFIRMED I WANT TO PAY THE NEW PREMIUM AMOUNT FROM 17 MAY BY DIRECT DEBIT THROUGH PREMIUM CREDIT (AS I HAVE BEEN DOING). THIS WAS TAKEN CARE OF FOR ME AND ALL IN ALL IT WAS A PLEASANT TELEPHONE CALL AND DEALT WITH PROFESSIONALLY. THANK YOU”

“First took Intasure insurance out for holiday home. Found them extremely professional and very friendly. So when renewing home insurance asked them about quote which came in extremely lower than others. So now Intasure hold all home insurance for all properties.”
